Submission Process
The 21st Interregional IEEE NEWCAS 2023 features a Young Professional (YP) track for early career researchers/postgraduate (PG) students. YP and PG students can submit a two-page paper for the YP session. All accepted papers will be published in IEEE Xplore.
There are prizes for the best posters and papers presented by YP and female researchers to encourage YP and female attendees.
If you are interested in submitting a poster or paper for NEWCAS, please make your paper ready for submission by 24 March 2023.
